FAQ What to do if your account was stolen/hacked

Hello!

In this topic i will explain to you what you should do if your account was stolen or hacked.

First of all, make sure that you cannot enter the game under your login/password.

Second, send me a message to PM (Private Message) or to help@tankionline.com
In the message describe your problem in detail, it will help helpdesk specialist to solve the problem much quicker.

The message should contain:
- nick of the hacked account
- when it was hacked (approximate date)
- whether or not you put up money in your account (dates of the payments)
- whether or not you have raferrals (their nicks)
- your contact (skype, ICQ and e-mail)

Do not create topics like "HACKED ACCOUNT! HELP!!" just write to help@tankionline.com or to Ksenia Ignatieva
