Depends on the user using the tank. If you like staying in one place and fighting the heck out of your enemies, the mammoth is for you.

But if you like to do anything and everything(Attack, defence, flag retreival), then viking is for you.

actually, I think the best tank for a sniper (thats me) would be a titan. it has the best size/survivability for the 1st gen tanks, and its really cheap... which is good for someone who doesn't make much in the way of crystals. Granted, the viking is better, but it costs an ungodly amount of money to upgrade. And as for the Mammoth, its too tall, and same story for the dictator. (but, I would get a mammoth if I had the rank)

depends on your style of playing, but vicking should be the best choice
if you like just to defend (or you have 23131 isida in your team mamoth is good)
but, as said above if you have digital/tundra, i still think the Dictator is the best "balanced" tank so far (price/speed/hp)
all depends how do you wanna invest the cristals won, or if you bought digital/tundra before the new guns/tanks appeared

What about M3 Dictator + Spark skin which protects 15% against rail? I know Tundra protects 18% against rail with M3 digital can take 3 hits but can Spark (new skin) take 3 rail hits with M3 Dictator?

if the second tanker to m3 are both great, but then the weapons to be used depends on where custamam playing field if a little is good because it has mamoth defense and not whether you need to move a lot but if a large field think it will be vickinhg better but for those who do not bet on these tanker porke are too expensive for the evolution to advise the Dicator m3 to m3 or even the hornet or the m2 m2 with a paint that protects so will hold with 2 or 3 shots railg eg
