This person will promise you money/crystals and offer you to take control of your account for you. He will ask for your password, do not give it to him.

He is 14, and i first gave him my password, And he did really nothing!

There is a little point in that.
He is 14 he speaks fluent english, may others learn a bit of the english, since only 1 percent of people here understand "how are you" !!!
