[FAQ]how do i pay for crystals using VISA

Lately a lot of players from outside of Russia have complained that they couldn't pay for their crystals with credit card. I have tried playing around with payment gateway (third party who takes care of payments for TankiOnline)

So, here is what you need to do.

1. click on the cart (next to your crystals)
2. click on the icon for Visa/MC
3. click liqpay or chronopay, doesn't matter - enter amount of crystals - and then click "next"
4. in the next window with address http://2pay.us.com/oplata/liqpay/?id=2148 click on "Go back to choosing payment option" (left side, big button, hard to miss)
5. scroll down to "credit cards" and click on "Gate to Shop"
6. enter all your info and ... bring down the reign.

The reason your payments aren't going through is simple, liqpay and chronopay are Russian and Ukrainian companies and US banks are so uptight this day with all their security regulations that they block your payment to half of the world out of security concerns, Gate to Shop, however, is UK based provider and there in a lot less chance that your bank would block your payment.

it is only a couple of bucks more comparing to liqpay - but it isn't matter - you cant pay through liqpay anyways.

Processing times may vary. for me it took about 45 minutes from the time i paid for crystals to get them in my account.

Yes thanks, I just tried it haven't got the crystals yet,it's been 3 hours but it is Sunday so may take some time

3 1/2 hours but I have crystals. So this does work

I bought a second batch of crystals it took over 9 hours to get them

that is what i meant by "processing times may vary" - it isn't up to TO.com how fast crystals will end up on your account, but rather up to third party processor.

is there any other method of paying? they asked me a copy of my passport..

After point nr. 4 (4. in the next window with address http://2pay.us.com/oplata/liqpay/?id=2148 click on "Go back to choosing payment option" )I clicked "More" and I saw PayOnline System. Could we use that?

Gate to Shop refused my payment and asked me a copy of mt passport. So there is no mehod for me to pay with credit card? Can I use PayOnline System?

That's strange, most people don't even have a passport.Have you tried buying a Rixty game card with your credit card and the buy crystals with the Rixty game card.It would help if we knew where you are located in the world.

I'm from Romania. I have been trying to buy 90$ worth crystals for 5 days but with no success. Liqpay doesn work, from gate2shop I keep receiving the same payment failed message. Is there any other method to pay with credit card?

It's the easiest way to pay - no headache, fast, relieable.

As I understood - the reason of removing PayPal was related on disproportionate fees? Am I right?

TO doesn't process payments - third party provider does - if they removed PP as a form of payment they had their reasons - unfortunately TO has very little influence over those decisions.

or at least try to make paypal accesible until liqpay problem is resolved. me at least I am trying to buy crystals for a week and I can't

lol its a gud thing i read this because right now im buying crystals and it doesnt work
