It happens in the evenings. In any game, after several minutes of playing, it suddenly disconnects me and I see the empty screen.

A better description needed. What happens, do you get an error message or a 'connection to server XXX closed' message? What are you results for Moscow in speedtest.net and pingtest.net? What type of internet connection are you using?

No messages, the game window suddenly disappears, but the status bar is still here, and the background is like http://forum.tankionline.com/templates/default/images/bg2.jpg
The updated situation:
-- I changed the browser to Firefox
-- enter server #2
-- resources are loading, the chat window appears on the left with active chats
-- suddenly "disconnect from the server" message dialog box appears
-- resources continue loading
-- I see the chat window but it's disconnected, because no new messages (and no my messages) appear
-- after resources have been loaded, I see only background and my tank's status bar on the top
my IP is 109.243.38.72

Yeah, that sounds like a familiar problem. At least for one large russian provider the problem was in the connection keep-alive settings. I'll look through the russian thread on this in the next couple days to see if someone found a solution.

Actually these are just a few of all the problems i have playing,
But with a ping test result like this :
obviously we know where the problem occurs: Living in Iran!
Poland seems near to russia, but anyway, do post your ping test results.

thank you for help guys,
it seems that my provider is overloaded in the evenings, sometimes the ping responce exceeds 1000
now it's 100-200 and all is OK
it would be good if tankionline server keeps player alive during 10 seconds of disconnection, then the bad provider problem could be resolved

Yeah, with a ping of 1000 ms (that's a whole second!) you unfortunately will not be able to play any real-time on-line game. A solution to keep disconnected player in the game with all the stats and positions retained for a brief period of time is in the works.
