Tip for getting "Easy Crystals"

I have played with Smokey from the first day of the open beta, and probably more than anybody else. And the thing is all the beginners should use Smokey as well for a while till they get enough crystals to choose their way. So these are some invaluable tips you can follow.

I have been asked several time "How can i get easy crystals?", and many are looking for tricks to do so. But let me tell you something first. There is a Very Very Very equal chance of getting 300 crystals a day, between a Major and a Sergent. The game lets anyone, from any rank (Not skill!), to be the winner. This a screenshot i got while playing for a friend of mine. (wasp m1, smokey m2)

Trust me expect the guy with Isida(scoring by healing the teammates) reza7 was the best player.You could even score more. With my own tankionline ID, there was no garantee i could get the same result. So please keep it in mind that The game is equal, for anyone.Now let's get on to the tips!

--- As the very first tip for tanks with Smokey, You should Do use X and Z. many simply don't! Turn your small turret rather than the big body.
--- Be brave and pick Big Big battles. There are more crystals on the ground (at least 30 crystals on the ground per game). There are more points as you can kill many of the masters. There are more points as you can return own flag. Don't be afraid of those high ranked officer, follow to the next tip for that.
--- If a Major kills a Sergent, he would be 3 points awarded maybe.But If a Sergent kills a Major , he scores 30! look how game let's you score more? If the enemy has Smokey or Twins, never go forward to him. keep behind a teammate and protect yourself, meanwhile shoot him down. If the enemy has Railgun, then the easier. Go behind a wall, come out and Shoot three time, and Real fast get back to your shield. 7 shots take them down (more or less with m2). If they have Firebird or Isida, do keep distant. find a mate and put up a fight between him and the enemy, and shoot from distance to the enemy!
--- Returning flags is easier for Low rank tanks. stay near the flag, as the enemy comes, your mates 90% of times take him down with flag on him, just near the flag. The enemy won't shoot you, because thinks you are damage less.because you are low rank! simply return the flag as he dies. It works trust me!
--- There are many safe places that crystals drop, in fortknox 4 known places around the house, in Kungur some famous points under the bridge and if you are brave above the bridge, in Barda the same. in sandbox, don't forget to always keep on the top area in the middle. there are sometimes 5 crystals coming down. There are many other's that you should find!
--- In Many situation, you have to shoot a land the is either higher or lower than the area you are standing. There are tricks to kill the enemy in such situations!

So with three hours of playing, you should score at least 200 crystals. If you don't do pm me for more!

Points do not depend on the rank. They depend on the rating.

Do you mean you could get Crystals without using cashshop in this game?
I participated in 2 matches but my Crystal count is still at 10.

i noticed that i played once in barda,when i was master sergeant.....i made a really big game(for 1 and a half hour.i already have m3 smoky so i took my titan(m2).i got:-

score:-4723,kills:-861,deaths 895 and reward:-3623

and I bought dictator

i was in the 1st position

Welcome to this addicting game friend.

The bought-crystals only help those with a lot of skills. There are many with Railgun m3, whitch might look strong at first, but you would realize that their cash won't help them kill you!
All that you should remember is that, skill is what you need, not crystals. not even better armor. You must buy new guns if you can, but guns are not everything, are they?

You can watch this companion video series on how to get the very required skills in using your tank. Look in that last video, how the cheap smoky beats those railguns! And believe me, many did buy those crystals, but that won't help them!

Oh awesome I did performed better in my 3rd game. I manage to get a few crystal reward
