Payment problems: if you sent the money but crystals weren't added to your account.

This sometimes happens due to problems appearing in aggregator's system. As a rule, the problem can be easily solved.

As a result of bug report cancelling, payment problems are now sent from payment section of the game. To solve the problem you have to report about it pressing "Report" in the right left corner of the game menu, then - fill in the form: enter the nick to which you did the payment, choose payment system, indicate date of the payment ane email for connection. To report other details fill in "comment" field.

You can also describe the problem in this thread.
Do not report passwords, telephone numbers, account numbers or any other confidential info here. Such data should be sent to help@tankionline.com with the mark “Payment problem”.

Remember! try to indicate all the details of the payment - it will help to solve the problem much quicker.

I take the thing with 139crystals and I had to pay 4€

That isn't fair.....

Eugenia, the list of the messages sent by me do not remain. Only the entering. It seems to me, you have a list of messages. There are 3 sms from you in the statistics: they were successful and crystals were added to your account. Did you send sms to number 86663 while you should have sent it to 83090?

I dont get crystals ......

I use once the new number for 1.67 euros and than a second with the new number too...

Hallo, I have the same problem. When sending SMS (2010.04.07 - 12:15 GMT+2) from LATVIA to number: 1897 with text: 5FF TNK Synoptex. There were two replies to me, but no crystals were added.

1.st Reply: Incorrect SMS code, please contact us at http:.....
2.nd Reply: Usluga budet okazana posle podtverjdenija oplaty.

Please tell me, when I'll be able to receive my Crystals?

i paid 2.01 € today twice and didnt recieve anything.. i paid via paypal on 2pay.ru

i haven't bought crystals yet, but when i try to it doesn't work, the link from 2pay.ru to the site it uses when u click confirm doesnt work, it says there is a problem
