    Next is the instruction.

    By pressing the PrintScreen button on your keyboard (possibly reducing to PrnScr) takes a snapshot of the screen. After clicking this button, go to Start-> All Programs -> Accessories. There, select the program Paint. Further, in the window of the program simultaneously presses two buttons on the keyboard "Ctrl" and "V". After that, the window should appear to "remove" screen. If you did not - repeat from the beginning. Next, choose a window, File-> Save As. Choose a location to save the file, give the name in the "File Type" choose the format JPEG. Click save.

    		Great tutorial.

    Another easy way is using Jing, just take the screenshot, click in share, and paste the URL in the forum.
