Test server - Security violation?

I tried to play on test server using adobe debugger version, then i get the following message: Loading error. error #2048 - Security area violation: http://test.tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?tankionline.com/config&lang=en cant load information from http://undefined?rnd=0.23119974369
Help me please

problem occured before, when test server was online, i downloaded and installed it, and had the same error "you need debug flashplayer" why?
