Unfortunately, This happens because of the problems with the Payment service providers. And most of the time these problems can be solved quite quickly. To solve these problems you should report them.
Apart from the normal complaint procedures of sending an E-mail to help@tankionline.com , Payment bugs can be reported directly from the payment screen in-game.

To do this:

  • We first go to the "buy" screen of the game.

  • Click on the "Report" Button at the bottom right corner of the screen.


  • A bug report screen will pop up, In this screen enter the username of the player for which the payment is made, the payment method used to make the payment along with the payment date and the amount of crystals for which you paid for. You are to provide an E-Mail address for further communications and fill in the comments section to explain the problem you are facing and any other details that may be needed while processing your report.



  • After filling in the form send the bug report (Example of a filled form is given below), After this moment your application will be under consideration.



  • This method is the fastest and the most reliable method and it is also the most convenient provided that you give all information about the problem that you are facing in the comments section. A proper description will decrease the time needed to process your report.


  • Under no circumstances you are to post any kind of confidential information at the forum including but not limited to Passwords, Account numbers, Phone numbers etc. This information must be posted directly in the comment section of the bug report or sent to help@tankionline.com


  • Kindly describe the problem as detailed and simple as possible and provide the exact payment details at the time of making the report to ensure quick processing of the request.
