Dear players!
Lately there have been an increase in the theft of accounts, and unfortunately the ones to blame are the players themselves.
Be aware and do not trust these people.

By following these simple rules you can easily save your account from getting stolen.

1. Never have the same password as your username, They have to be different and not "easy to guess"
2. Never tell anyone your password, even Moderators and Administrators will NEVER ask for your password!
3. All of your account details, payment information including E-mail address can only be requested from help@tankionline.com and the Private messages asking for them can only be received from 11 people: Ksenia Ignatieva, Vladimir Anisimov, Nikita Chalov, Eugenii Malov, Maria Khusainova, Stanislav Kasimov, Stanislav Manturov, Dmitri Konovalov, Irina Anisimova, Jana Lapshina, Victoriya Bukina,
4. Never, under any circumstances for whatever reason accept files from any random person or stranger on Skype or any other IM service. Such files can have malicious software that can affect your computer and/or steal your account.
5. Never give out any sensitive information to anyone on Skype or any other IM service, Such information about your account can only be requested by help@tankionline.com

The Administrators do not distribute crystals to anyone, and all applications to become a moderator are dealt with in Private Messages or Skype.
If you are asked to give any private or account information in exchange for crystals or any other advantage in-game, Make it clear in your mind that you are being scammed!

All attempts to steal your account must be reported to the Moderators and Administrators

Great thanks to Flanagun for posting the original Russian version of this post here.
