All servers have been optimized today to reduce lags.
Lags are network latencies during which tanks switch positions, bonuses and flags are taken with delay.
Was optimization a success? Were there any lags after it?
Server was restarted about 3 pm.

There are 3 sms from you in the statistics: they were successful and crystals were added to your account. Did you send sms to number 86663 while you should have sent it to 83090?

This sometimes happens due to problems appearing in aggregator's system. As a rule, the problem can be easily solved.
As a result of bug report cancelling, payment problems are now sent from payment section of the game. To solve the problem you have to report about it pressing "Report" in the right left corner of the game menu, then - fill in the form: enter the nick to which you did the payment, choose payment system, indicate date of the payment ane email for connection. To report other details fill in "comment" field.
You can also describe the problem in this thread.
Do not report passwords, telephone numbers, account numbers or any other confidential info here. Such data should be sent to help@tankionline.com with the mark “Payment problem”.
Remember! try to indicate all the details of the payment - it will help to solve the problem much quicker.

Effects visualization
If you took a box and activated one of the consumables which works for certain time, like Nitro, Double Power, Double Armor, then you will see an icon corresponding to the consumable under the indication stripes of health and shot (Nitro - , Double Power- , Double Armor - ). The icon starts blinking for three seconds before the consumable stops working. When the consumable time of usage elapses, the icon disappears. The icon is seen by all players: owner of the tank, allies, enemies.
Sometimes visualization is mixed up with indication of time when a consumable use is prohibited.

Mine
- Mine is placed under a tank after pressing its key (5).
- The mine is activated gradually becoming apparent and flares with the end of activation. Time of activation – 2 seconds.
- Own mines and those of the players of your team are always visible.
- Enemy mines become visible only on a certain distance gradually becoming apparent.
- Mines can't be placed near flags.
- The mine explodes when enemy-tank appears in response radius.
- Explosion damages the very tank which crosses the mine and doesn't influence other tanks and mines.
- Owner of the mine is given points and kills, similar to making damage with a usual weapon.
- Mine is deactivated if:
-- the owner was destroyed;
-- the owner left the battle;
-- the battle finished.
- You cannot gather mines.
- Consumable Double Power doesn't influence explosive force of the mine.
- Damage range – from 120 to 240 with normal distribution.
- Destroyed tank won't be undermined.
- At the moment there's no coat with protection from mines.
- Repeated use delay – 30 seconds.
- Mine price – 10 crystals.

21.01.2010 after release of paid battles a bug was detected: a player could create a battle with negative time and entering it he was given crystals. Accounts of those users who used this bug, deliberately or not, were corrected in the following way:
- 22.01.2010 corrected wealth and reduced number of current crystals according to the sum which ech user got entering the battle with negative time. Unfortunately, many users spend their crystals on purchasing consumables and items.
- 26.01.2010 withdrawn from garage those items and consumables purchased for crystals which were received entering a battle with negative time. If the item was purchased both on own crystals and those received during the bug, your own crystals were returned.

Battles with no consumables.
There are battles in Tankionline where you cannot use your consumables.
These battles are paid.
They are marked with in the list of battles .
Battles with disabled consumables have an option of bonus receiving which can be set while creating a battle. In the description of created battle the turned on option for bonuses is marked with icon .
Battle price depends on its duration.
Entering the battle you see the confirmation menu which states that the battle is paid and consumables can't be activated there.
You cannot create battle with no consumables without time limit.
If you indicated the limit on flags or frags then the battle restarts when the limit is achieved. But achieving time limit the battle stops.

Widespread bugs:
1. Tank that cannot be killed
2. Invisible tank
3. Flag cannot be taken or set on the base (when team flag is in its place and enemy flag, when it's taken to own base, is not accounted)
4. Own tank disappears
5. Connection closed (bug with Yota was fixed, but certain bugs still exist)
6. Critical error
7. When loading the battle you see gray screen, chat and hear battle sounds
8. The tank was killed but there's no respawn
